Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This SE-one channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!

I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.

I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!

On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

If you enjoy the channel make sure you hit subscribe and also tap the notification bell so that you are always notified when I release a new video.

Okay, so I think you need to do one of 2 challenges: 1) A full bag of "gimmick" clubs. This, the Square Strike, Hammer X, stand alone putter, etc. 2) A full bag of training aid clubs. I know Experior Golf has done a lot of them, but I don't know if I've seen videos of yours rating the Medicus line of products, among others.

What a piece of rubbish! What club do you take out of your bag, sand wedge, Pitching wedge, 9 iron? If you have trouble chipping go to the practice green and do so chipping practice! If your a beginner use some old pig G irons with the big sole they would work better and you can use them for regular shots as well. I’ve never understood chippers? A one use club and you need to remove a valuable club to have one, ridiculous.

Thanks for the video. I will still stay with my wedges, but i bet this club because of the additional weight and bounce would be great for out of the rough around the greens. It would give the ball a little more power through the taller grass. It looks like a nice club to give it a go for people that chunk wedge shots. There is always something unique that comes along. take care.

This club isn't for me, but the video gave me an idea. I have a Mizuno CLK rescue/hybrid that I literally can't hit a good shot with. I think I'm going to cut down the shaft to about wedge or putter length and try it as a chipper around the greens. I'm fine chipping from just off the fringe with my wedge, but I rarely make any and occasionally hit a real stinker. I can hit good shots with my 3 or 5 wood, but the shaft is too long to hit them comfortably and any sort of an awkward lie is a no-go. I could never master speed when chipping with a 7 iron and again the longer shaft causes me problems. These huge head wedges always end up with me randomly skulling one 50 yards past the green when I was only 20 yards off, so I refuse to use them anymore. Hopefully a cut-down hybrid will be the ideal club for me.
